The summer is an excellent time to stem Learning Loss but it is also a great time to open up the journals and write! Let our PRP consultant, who is also a published author, create a joyous time of writing for your middle school students in grades five through eight.
She Is Written is a three-session writing workshop for middle school girls (grades 5-8). In these sessions girls will take part in activities that help them understand the power of their voices and the importance of writing. They will write short stories with a focus on creating and developing relatable characters. Throughout the process, girls will reflect on the importance of a girl’s voice in the world.
